The filing of this application for re-listing on the Bulletin Board comes at an ideal time for the Company. We have recently developed a promising new source of revenue, where we will allow other energy companies to use our Bond to enter Louisiana for oil and gas exploration activities. In a short period of time, we have already signed up our first client and are working on others. Petrol will receive an overriding royalty interest in the oil and gas properties plus it will charge a fee for all other costs, such as putting wells on, management, parts, and other oilfield related costs, which fits into our strategy of being an energy services company.
