It is the consistency of your messages that is important, not their intensity

It is not about you say or do as a leader, it is about what it means in a specific context

The communication formed by the small bones of the ear is, to look upon, more like what we are accustomed to call machinery than anything I am acquainted with in animal bodies. It seems evidently designed.

One of the key points to me is the lack of communication (among these departments). I don't understand why you don't have that. And why did the officers leave their point of cover? That completely violates standard police doctrine.

The communication lines at best are ragged; at worst, they are nonexistent. We're just waiting.
