When you're locked up, TV takes up a lot of your time. It makes it a little easier.

You can learn what not to do. You can learn how to not get caught. It's the choice that you make with that knowledge.

It's the first time we've ever beaten them. Last year we tied, and that felt like a win. So this is pretty special.

I protested at the time but they wouldn't let me try again, and it's disappointing not to have a go at my final attempt.

Fortunately, this year the flu season is not off to an early start, and there is plenty of time for people to get their shots,
