This has been a program with no funding or equipment. But we take pride in being a team without any of those things. You can do just as well running out in the roads or in the gym.

The more established teams go there regularly. With us, only a selected few go (each year).

Normally, the better guys distance themselves from the others. With us, we stay as a group, and help out the inexperienced runners. We push everyone.

In addition to keeping the pride flowing in the United States with his patriotic songs, Tippin spent time and money going to Iraq to entertain the troops. I believe that everyone will be inspired by his music, but most of all by his sincerity.
