Normally, the better guys distance themselves from the others. With us, we stay as a group, and help out the inexperienced runners. We push everyone.

The more established teams go there regularly. With us, only a selected few go (each year).

This has been a program with no funding or equipment. But we take pride in being a team without any of those things. You can do just as well running out in the roads or in the gym.

That first half was a disaster for us. That was the worst we played all year. We had our worst shooting night of the year at the worst possible time. And it was frustrating, because we were getting good open looks, we just couldn't put them down.

I was just itching to help. Chip already had five or seven points, so I felt like I had to do something.
