The wine wall very rarely changes.

There are lockers that have $400 bottles and then there are those that have $60 bottles in them. A lot of people come in and buy half-cases ... then ask managers for suggestions on new wines.

It's really frustrating from our point of view. We work really hard. We think we have gains, and then we don't have the score.

It's definitely status. It's like having your picture on the wall.

I do think you'll see better wine as this technology tends to be used more and more. But you're never going to take the art out of winemaking.

People see boxed wine as trashy, so we're trying to break away from that image.
