I do think you'll see better wine as this technology tends to be used more and more. But you're never going to take the art out of winemaking.

You don't want to pick grapes and have some of the earlier ripening mixed with the higher ripening, because you might get a blend of average. You want to pick all of them at their optimum maturity.

We also have a timing issue.

The wine wall very rarely changes.

With this new technology, resources to produce ethanol would be much more widely available.

People see boxed wine as trashy, so we're trying to break away from that image.
