The present moment is the only one that matters, and what you are doing right now is as delightful as anything else.

If you allow yourself to experience the present moment, you will discover that it does not get better than this Paradise is here and now, waiting for you to arrive, to accept, to surrender, and to enjoy.

Avoid the temptation to force a moment so you won’t miss the one with your name on it.

Yesterday I was, tomorrow I will be, but only Here and Now I Am.

The past and the future are tools of the ego that render us finite. Without our judgments about the past (memories) and without our judgments about the future (expectations), there is only the Here and Now, the eternal present, the timeless time of the Oneness.

You can miss an experience by obsessing over how to contain it.
