Yesterday I was, tomorrow I will be, but only Here and Now I Am.

The past and the future are tools of the ego that render us finite. Without our judgments about the past (memories) and without our judgments about the future (expectations), there is only the Here and Now, the eternal present, the timeless time of the Oneness.

The present moment is the only one that matters, and what you are doing right now is as delightful as anything else.

Wherever you are, be there. If you can be fully present now, you’ll know what it means to live.

Avoid the temptation to force a moment so you won’t miss the one with your name on it.

Now is the only time we have, and the only time we have any control over.
