No rollout of this nature is ever going to be perfect. We're going to have issues; we're going to have problems; it's a complicated program to train people on. But we really are trying to get it right.

No client harmed. We recognize the fact that thousands — millions — of Texans rely on these services every day to provide for their families.

We will be rolling the entire system out over this coming year. As this comes about, we'll determine what our maximum capability needs to be.

In fact, just about all the major natural attractions you find in the West- the Grand Canyon, the Badlands, the Goodlands, the Mediocrelands, the Rocky Mountains and Robert Redford- were caused by erosion.
