I've had to tell people they lost a race before but I've never had to say to a person who thought they'd won that now they'd lost. It was a hard thing for me to do, as well as a hard thing for him to hear.

I think it was a great meeting, i think it demonstrated that we were all on the same page and it's only my second or third meeting but i think it's the first time that i can come away feeling that we did agree on anything and come away feeling frustrated or discouraged.
