You see the same people throughout the shopping center and they're an extension of that. I think it helps to make people feel like part of the community. They provide a real service to the community and to our shoppers.

She didn't just come in and start to make changes. She came in and learned about Myrtle Beach. She did her homework. She went places and saw things.

In some cases we find empty CD and DVD cases on the shelves in which people have stolen the contents.
