Most times if people have lost something, they will come back for it. People will go into the ladies room and put their purse or shopping bag down. Mainly I think it's people just forgetting.

The whole store is going to be remodeled, with couches and glass doors. It's going to be very boutique-y.

You see the same people throughout the shopping center and they're an extension of that. I think it helps to make people feel like part of the community. They provide a real service to the community and to our shoppers.

Most clients we meet every month and redo the cash flow if anything changes in their lives that will affect their spending.

That makes no sense at all. It will go over like a lead balloon.

We've been playing well recently. I don't know how long it will last. The season's a long ways from being over and we have a lot of good teams coming up.
