A lot of companies want a local office before they'll buy software. To sell in the French market, they want you to be established in France.

Our software is not specific to any one piece of legislation. But, if you look at all the legislation out there, it is generally trying to accomplish the same things, so our software works with all the legislation.

Our software doesn't capture PIN data. And I wish we could have talked about this [with Visa] before the alert came out. We were very dismayed when we heard about it, and we're in conversations now to clear it up with them.

We were looking for a single supplier that would be able to provide the hardware, software and services required.

For the average user, it's a reminder that software applications can open security holes and that application vendors do make mistakes that can cause risks for users. No application should be considered completely safe.
