You are limitless in thought. Your mind is a treasure. You have infinite potential. Realize your gift. Realize that you yourself are the gift.

Sometimes, all someone needs is for someone to believe in them. Be that person. Whether it is for yourself or for someone else. Sometimes, that is all the encouragement we need to brave our own courage. The one person you must believe in is yourself. Believe in your potential!

Challenge yourself to do things you’ve never done before. Your success lies not in perfect outcomes, but in braving the courage, in believing in yourself enough to just try. There is absolutely no shame in making mistakes, or even falling on your face. It’s all part of being alive and being a human being. Don’t be discouraged to try again or to try something new. Keep expanding your experiences, keep growing. This life, this day is short and waiting for you to seize it! Carpe diem!

Take full responsibility of yourself, of your actions and of your inaction. It is only when you can truly and honestly face yourself that you can make any changes for the better. If you had a hand in it then you also have a hand in what you do going forward. Act on what you can do. Don't fret or stress over that which you can't control. Don't assign your responsibility as blame to others. Don't allow others to assign their responsibility as blame on to you. Be fair with yourself and others. Focus on positive momentum. Don't speak cruelly to yourself. Don't berate yourself. What is done is done. Focus instead on what you can do now, in this moment, moving forward. Empower yourself into change and betterment. It is up to you to advocate for your highest potential. That is the work you must do.

Don't get so caught up in everything that you think you're supposed to do that you forget to enjoy the journey. Take time to live the life that you are working do hard for. Take time for you. Take time every day. Tomorrow is not promised. Seize the day!

Live as you. It may seem simple and obvious. Yet, is it? How many times a day are we changing how we act or react to accommodate others? How often do we hide who we are? How many times do we try to fit in, conform or not ruffle anyone's feathers? How many times are we aiming to please or appease others? Every time we change our behavior we are not living in our truth. We are not living life as ourselves. Whose life are we living then? Not our own. Time continues to pass by. No one is promised tomorrow. Would you rather people have a relationship with the real you, or a fake you which you present to the world? If the relationship is with a face that you're wearing, then it is not your relationship. Quit hanging on to this idea that there is any expectation to be perfect. Do you expect others to be perfect? I'm guessing not. Neither are any others expecting perfection from you. It is time to accept ourselves as we are. It is time to practice self-forgiveness. We need to cut ourselves some slack. People make mistakes, it is normal. Making mistakes does not make you an unacceptable human being. It makes you human. Let go of your fear. Just be yourself, as you are. My bet is that people will appreciate you much more in your honesty, in your true form, as you are, than when you are suffocating yourself beneath pretense. It will be much easier to find like-minded people when they are able to find you. Live as you.
