Who you are today isn't who you were yesterday and who you will be tomorrow.

You can only be your best for others when you are rested and whole for yourself.

Being out in nature reminds me that everything is going to be okay.

We are all here to learn about ourselves and inspire others in our own unique way.

You know the great thing about life I feel...is that if your really consciously choose to...you can do or create pretty much anything you want. Life is basically one big blank chalkboard. But the problem as I see it...is that not enough people are picking up a piece of chalk and creating their story in their own words. They are letting others do it for them.
