When we truly need to do is often what we most feel like avoiding.

You don't actually do a project; you can only do action steps related to it. When enough of the right action steps have been taken, some situation will have been created that matches your initial picture of the outcome closely enough that you can call it "done.

Your mind is for having ideas, not holding them.

Most tenants feel the extra productivity and eventual cost savings outweigh the extra dollar. You have to price the green space competitively and count on the lower operating costs to make up the difference.

The producer price numbers on Wednesday and the productivity number on Friday are the most important events we have ahead of the Fed meeting. There's still some uncertainty in the market about what the Fed will do and those numbers will be key to figuring that out.

Bizarre is not a strong enough word. We've never seen productivity growth this strong headed into the fifth year of a business expansion.
