This is a case where two controllers made mistakes and now they're trying to blame the FAA.

It's going OK. It's a nice, slow learning curve. It's like with anything, you're going to make mistakes here and there. I expect that but I'm not accepting it.

Maybe the mistakes have looked worse because they led to goals.

The difference between leaders and losers is that leaders admit to and learn from their mistakes, where losers pretend they never made the mistake in the first place.

Mistakes aren't failures; they are simply part of the path to success. Expect them and learn from them. Only then can you be truly successful!
