We've been looking forward to this. After the (first time the two met), we figured they'd come in wanting us. So we were ready. We played great defense and everyone contributed. It was a pretty good game for us.

Buckeye Valley has two decent post players, but they mainly hurt us with (10) 3-pointers last time. We need to defend the 3, and play like we did in the second half of that last game.

Our defense gets into people and wants to get after it as a team and flow as one.

We were still feeling each other out as a team, knowing our specific duties and how we were going to play together. That was the major problem. Once we got going as a team and found out who's going to shoot the ball we started playing a lot better.

We're playing the best we've played all season, but I think we still have another level.

Pitman always has a good team and this was a good first match for us.
