Buckeye Valley has two decent post players, but they mainly hurt us with (10) 3-pointers last time. We need to defend the 3, and play like we did in the second half of that last game.

We took good shots, but we just couldn't get anything to drop the last time we played Hartley. We're definitely looking forward to playing them at our place.

We've been looking forward to this. After the (first time the two met), we figured they'd come in wanting us. So we were ready. We played great defense and everyone contributed. It was a pretty good game for us.

Every time a player gets hurt like that, it takes something out of you. For us to come back and tie it at three and win in overtime, it really shows the character of the team, and it's really special.

That hurt a little bit. Drew (Satterfield) played hard for us tonight. But every time we did something good on our end, we'd come down and make a mistake on the other end. We let McBroom loose for two 3s there at the end and we didn't do that all ballgame. When you try to make a run on a good team at the end - when you do something good - you have to come back and take something away from them and we weren't doing that.

Their zone hurt us, especially our post players. It took them a long time to adjust. That, and we missed seven (of their first eight) free throws early in the game. We just couldn't get over the hump.
