We supply wine to all the guests - but most of the guests don't bring the wine on. But I drink wine before the show. Everyone does.

We're going to offer our guests a great wine list to go along with their meal. All the big wine regions are represented, France, Italy, Spain, Argentina, Chile, South Africa, and of course the U.S.

To buy very good wine nowadays requires only money. To serve it to your guests is a sign of fatigue.

We?re also hoping to send our guests home with a gift bag that includes red wine, nuts and chocolate, because these are good for both the head and the heart.

You think it more difficult to turn air into wine than to turn wine into blood?

In my seminar 'Wine Info' I want to excite people about the fun of pairing wines with food and friends. I want to make people comfortable with labels and grapes and alcohol content so they can make educated decisions when purchasing wines.
