We simply can't keep providing money from the federal government in the form of subsidized or actual loans and Pell Grants when we don't have the money.

In the last several years, the federal government has awarded some $11 billion in grants to federal, state and local authorities to improve emergency preparedness, response and recovery capabilities.

But no one has yet succeeded in reducing the size or scope of the federal government.

It's not tyranny we desire; it's a just, limited, federal government.
