We are not in a situation where we have to form a federal government at all costs and there is no reason why we should give in to blackmail.

Pressure on Milosevic is growing. The erosion is great. It will not take long.

Enlargement must not stop at the Balkans but must include the Balkans,

wherever the will of the people has won, and enable the opposition to constitute local government because it is in the interest of the stabilization of Serbia and also of Yugoslavia.
