I think the first priority in the Balkans is to remove Milosevic. The first priority is not to rethink or to change the constitution. We can resolve all of these problems after removing Milosevic from power.

Without democratic Serbia and with Milosevic in power there could be no stability in Montenegro or in the Balkans.

Historically we are a region of disintegration. EU enlargement could reverse this process and lead to integration so we no longer think so much only in terms of nation states.

Serbia must stop in order to go forward, ... Children should not go to school, students should not go to university, theatres and movie houses should close.

Pressure on Milosevic is growing. The erosion is great. It will not take long.
