We can't strike. But we can make them litigate the contract. They can't implement anything without either agreement or an arbitrator's decision.

The contract says they can fire anybody. They can discipline anybody for just cause. We don't control arbitrations. Neutral judges control arbitrations.

Strike while your employer has a big contract.

Our contract contains a no-strike provision. If the contract is gone, the no-strike provision is gone.
