We are well aware of our challenges and we have a well-thought-out strategy for improving our North American business.

We became aware of some of the erroneous classification, and as soon as we did, we moved to correct it. We are convinced that we have corrected the errors and that's reflected in all of our filings today.

We are focusing all our efforts on executing our North American turnaround plan. That report analyzes our recovery action in a hypothetical bankruptcy situation. GM is not in bankruptcy and we don't see that process as a winning strategy.

Our top priority is to bring North America back to profitability as quickly as possible.
