Part of it is the responsibility of patients and part of it is physicians and trying to keep up with the latest guidelines for how intensively to treat high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

We want to build networks with physicians and find collaborative physicians who understand we aren't trying to take their business away, but rather complement it.

I think probably we were guilty of trying to go forward too quick sometimes instead of settling it down and trying to open them up that way. Too many times we probably tried that penetrating pass and it didn't come off.

They're trying to get the best possible price for shareholders. They probably approached it in the right manner by not getting too firm with any one bidder.

We are always trying to attract new physicians for their services. The med school connection has helped us become more aggressive in getting new physicians in here.
