We are grateful to our customers who, over the past year supported our charitable efforts, and to our employees who participated with us in various events that helped raise funds for local organizations.

Roxie is very deserving of this award. She runs our office. No matter what, she is always willing to do whatever it takes to help me or help our staff. Roxie does it all. She has a lot of experience in this district and everyone has the highest respect for her.

Lean staffing levels over the past several years have intensified workloads for those employees who avoided layoffs. Now that the labor market is opening up, those survivors may not be as fearful of losing their jobs and may be taking the mental health breaks they feel they deserve. Employers may even see a 'culture of entitlement' emerge as the economy strengthens further.

CITGO employees are actively participating in relief efforts in those cities where the company has a presence and evacuees are being received, ... We continue to monitor the situation and stand ready to help in every way we can.

There is additional space for expansion within the offices. We made future offices … future spaces for new employees. So there was a percentage put in for each department to see growth in the next 15 years.

Over the past year, we have been engaged in career development with an eye toward advancement opportunities for our employees. The new assignments for Otto and Scott are designed to broaden both their understanding of the corporation and their experience in the finance and accounting arenas. We are committed to providing advancement opportunities for our employees and will continue to focus on helping accelerate career development and expanding the knowledge base of our staff.
