This isn't like doing it at home. There's no temperature gauge. If I slop grease out there, I'll be in big trouble. Lard is very flammable. All you need is a splat.

I want you to know, I eat my own cooking.

Make sure the grease is hot enough. If the grease is hot enough, they will float real quick.

Our 5-year-old son didn't come home from the bus stop. house was only one block from the bus stop. It would take him about 2 minutes to walk from the bus stop to our house.

This is my home, pure and simple. I know that doesn't mean much to some people who pick up and move every few years, but it means everything to me.
