Why in the world would high courts want to give deference to a legislature to revoke constitutional rights they have deemed implicit in their interpretation of the constitution. This is disturbing rhetoric from a Montgomery County legislator who's always been very supportive.

There's an irony here, in that Del. Dwyer feels he is a spiritual activist. You know what? So do I and the others like me, who are fighting for thousands of Maryland families.
