They (Soldiers) just had an increase so the forms changed and the Soldiers have to update their forms.

They need to bring some documentation ... if they have had an addition to their family, they need to bring the birth certificate; if they were married, they need to bring the marriage certificate.

They talk to them about a wide range of things from family support groups to deployments and how to support their spouse.

Some people say this may have saved thousands of lives and many American soldiers. If the Japanese were going to defend their homeland like they did the outlining islands like Okinawa, it would have really been a bloody invasion. No one was looking forward to that.

We're happy that they've all returned with no serious injuries. These soldiers are going to have up to 90 days to be left alone with their families. Then it's back to one weekend a month, two weekends in the summer.
