There's no way you can justify somebody holding up a sign saying things like, 'Pray for more dead soldiers,' at the funeral of a dead soldier.

We, as a council, feel that revenues can be generated with the library and we see the library flatly saying that they refuse to do it. All we are trying to do is get some help with this.
