There will be some organizations that will find it hard to accept. It really is a seed change in terms of how healthcare approached things in the past, but at the end of the day I think the patients are going to be better off for it.

We're very pleased with Turner as a company, and working with Terry has been great.

We believe the only way that you can learn from an event is to really look at it and be honest about it. I think hospitals and health care systems around the nation are really seeing this down the road and so they're really preparing for it.

That [change] will help greatly in terms of special teams organizations being able to, within a short time period, get a certain group out there with a specific purpose.

We're not against the organizations, and we don't want to hurt the vets. We believe we should be paid for a fair day's work like they are in other communities.

The ownership of that terminal will not change. The management of who brings things to that terminal changes. As they come up the Delaware River, they have to go past the largest refining capacity on the East Coast.
