The U.S. has had age discrimination laws since 1967 and 'pale, stale, males' as we call them have brought the most claims.

It's discrimination because of the age of most of the workers. Most of them are 50, 60-years old. The workers are ready to do anything to pressure the company to sign a fair contract.

There's a tremendous camaraderie of people who love the sport and the training involved. There's no age discrimination, everyone just wants to help everyone else out.
