It's discrimination because of the age of most of the workers. Most of them are 50, 60-years old. The workers are ready to do anything to pressure the company to sign a fair contract.

The company wants to have the right to do what they want with the worker, make them hit the road. We know the testing is good, but the workers know the risks in the field. The workers know not to use brute force to lift things.

The U.S. has had age discrimination laws since 1967 and 'pale, stale, males' as we call them have brought the most claims.

State intervention just helps to establish discrimination and stereotyping of sex workers as victims. Society should be mature enough to make these choices without the state intervening.

Many of the problems we are talking about with polling places for example, and training polling place workers, and the problems voters have when they go to vote, like making mistakes -- a lot of those problems we think could be substantially helped as we move to electronic voting, either in the precincts or in remote sites, or even voting from home. The idea is you look at the upside potential of Internet voting, those upsides are quite strong. Of course, there are substantial concerns. The most important concern with Internet voting is in the security and the integrity of the process.

There's not only something fishy. There's downright evidence of discrimination. It's time to take a deeper look.
