The Security Council cannot plead ignorance to the tragedy taking place in northern Uganda yet they have not passed one single resolution. The Council must act now.

The United Nations Security Council has been silent on the war in northern Uganda for two decades. In that time over 25,000 children in northern Uganda have been abducted by the LRA and many forced into sexual slavery and made to become child soldiers.

Governments must pledge to the fund now, before the next emergency occurs.

[But even the smartest IT security staff is no match for user ignorance.] User education is paramount, ... They need to learn to look at the Internet as a city. You can move into the wrong neighborhood and it can ruin your life. You need to learn where to park or walk and where not to park or walk.

I say to the world no peace with occupation. Occupation contradicts peace. If they want security, the tragedy of the Palestinians should be ended.

The ignorance of one voter in a democracy impairs the security of all.
