The question is can Tyson make the pork and beef work together with the poultry. Other companies have had less success having all three businesses.

I think what both companies are doing is very healthy. It's all about noise and creating excitement around brands.

For the Ben & Jerry's franchise, what they have now is new access to every corner of the world and that is really the thrust of the deal.

The guy is relentless when it comes to his work ethic. He's the first person in the parking lot in the morning, and sometimes the last one out. That level of dedication for what coaches get paid is remarkable.

These guys haven't had a break for 18 months or more. It is definitely hard work, but they do get paid.

That kid plays so hard. I wish his work ethic would rub off on some of my players.
