The next five years will be very exciting. We have a lot of vibrant people in the neighborhood wanting to see growth and development in this area.

There's been a fabulous resurgence of people fixing up homes. The house values are steadily increasing, making them treasures. The Drake neighborhood gets a bad rap, but I feel it's a safe neighborhood.

You need the sizzle to sell the steak. Maybe people will pick up this book and go see the movie.

It will be an exciting show. A lot of people have worked really hard to get this show together. It would be a shame to miss it.

Our young people look up to us. Let us not let them down. Our young people need us. Saving them will make heroes of us all.

We're happy the people of Michigan will have the chance to vote on this in November. We expected that this would happen because we knew our opposition's arguments did not hold water.
