The good news is, you will sell and you will get a good price for it. Because of the anticipated job growth, we don't see a bubble. We don't think it will happen here.

We will have to hire another news reporter and another salesman. We do feel there will be a scattering of the radio audience when WJDS moves on. Some will go listen to Boston radio stations. There is room for everyone in this forest.

The market is becoming very volatile. It will move upward or downward with any other news -- including weather news.

The interns recommended a new, Survivor format for news anchors. Every week viewers can vote to banish a news reporter off to 60 Minutes, 48 hours, or some other pseudo-news program. The one who's left will be our new anchor.

That could be bad news for American Express.
