The developer wants my property for the same reason I do: It's in a good location.

There is no good reason why we should not develop and change until the last day we live.

I was evicted from my property by the city of Norwood and Rockwood Partners to build a Crate & Barrel and some rental apartments.

I think what happened here in Norwood is a clear-cut abuse where property has been transferred from one owner to another.

This is a matter of principle. I wouldn't sell for $1 million.

There's just no reason to do that.
