I think what happened here in Norwood is a clear-cut abuse where property has been transferred from one owner to another.

I was evicted from my property by the city of Norwood and Rockwood Partners to build a Crate & Barrel and some rental apartments.

The developer wants my property for the same reason I do: It's in a good location.
