The company was started with two people and 600 square feet of leased space at the back of a tool-and-die shop. Today we have 55 full-time and 10 part-time. On March 1, we will have 21,000 square feet of space.

People aren't focused very much on this company anymore. The (market) space now is dominated by the larger players.

'I need milk' and 'I need to decide whether to buy this company' both tie up space in psychic RAM. The solution is simple. Write it down. Look at it. Do it or say to yourself 'not now'.

Our offices were too small. The company couldn't grow in that space.
