The (city's) housing policy was declared unconstitutional because no alternative accommodation was provided.

A lot of policy makers have no idea what a very small percentage of what they think is affordable housing really is affordable. Market forces keep pushing that higher and higher.

As a result, I voted to pause in the removal of policy accommodation until more was known.
