That's a common one. A lot of that is just lack of information. They don't understand how to fill out the form, but if they've made a good faith effort to try then our inspectors won't usually levy a fine. They just help them fill it out.

If there's been some similarities of other calls that might match certain things -- certain pieces of information --- it makes the correlation between that in order to help the investigators to ensure that they're not covering the same lead three-four-five different times and wasting time with that.
