Ten or 15 years ago the IMF and the World Bank were out there making little loans here and there, but they weren't out saving the world, ... They've been unfairly criticized of doing a bad job.

The world is governed by institutions that are not democratic - the World Bank, the IMF, the WTO.

It sometimes seems like our financial system is set up to penalize those who know the least and have the least … It appears to me that the system has gone beyond beware to buyer be damned.

We do have some assistance from the World Bank but not from the IMF. We are not borrowing yet, but we are considering, in the future, borrowing from the Kuwait Fund to support our infrastructure development.

Marcia Wilson was a good example of Omega’s core strategy for creating a New World Order. It involved placing their people, or moles, in positions of power within the CIA, the NSA, the Pentagon, the White House and global organizations like the UN, the IMF and the World Bank. This enabled Omega to pull some of the strings of these organizations and to direct American, and world politics, to an extent.
