Simple truth: Do the work.
Work on the inside will change the outside.

Don't take too much, don't take more than you need. Liberate yourself from over-consumerism. Buy what you need, use what you buy. Don't buy just for the sake of acquiring. I have found that the less I have, the more I appreciate what I do have. It keeps what matters most in focus. Don't lose yourself, your time, your energy and your life in "stuff". Try to not waste. We all share this world, this home together.

It is OK to take a break. Sometimes we want something so much that we diligently give effort towards it day after day after day. When you feel tired, remember to not guilt yourself over taking a break. It is OK. You can pick up where you left off tomorrow. Ask for help if you can. Exercise some self-care. Look after your own needs. Love yourself. Be kind and generous towards yourself. Remind yourself as to why you are important. Refresh and recharge your spirit.

Unhappiness is not an excuse for rude, obnoxious, reckless and destructive behavior. We have a responsibility to one another. We have a responsibility to add good, not bad, to the world. Everyone suffers. Don't be the cause of someone else's suffering. Where is the empathy? Start acting with love. Be compassionate, be kind, be all those things you wish others to be. Be an example. Confront your unhappiness. Find and use the help you require. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Reach out.

Don't get so caught up in everything that you think you're supposed to do that you forget to enjoy the journey. Take time to live the life that you are working do hard for. Take time for you. Take time every day. Tomorrow is not promised. Seize the day!

Believe in your greatness. Believe in your potential. Don't sell yourself short. Don't give up too easily. Put in the work. Put in the effort. Put in the time. Almost anything becomes better with practice. Empower yourself. Advocate for yourself. Love yourself. Forgive yourself. Be kind to yourself. You can make things happen. You are in charge of your life.
