Retention is back. It is not unheard of for hands-on tech candidates to get offers of $10,000 to $15,000 more than they are currently making. And we have seen a few $20,000 counter-offers from employers to keep good people in place.

Our retention rate is not what we'd like it to be. Technology is part of that. We need to do more in remote locations where we can't provide the space. For a lot of students, (the face-to-face approach in one location) is just not working for them.
