Our retention rate is not what we'd like it to be. Technology is part of that. We need to do more in remote locations where we can't provide the space. For a lot of students, (the face-to-face approach in one location) is just not working for them.

That's reflective of our mission to be a starter institution.

Our annual customer retention rate is approximately 90 percent, and we believe our training program has a lot to do with such a high percentage. In our field, your performance is the only thing that matters to your client. Our program focuses on training our employees to become top-notch security officers while also preparing them for roles in management. In the long term, we train our officers because it is essential to servicing our clients, to retaining the best employees and to building a culture of excellence.

Coach (Pease) has been really sending the message to me and Gabe this week that we need to pick it up if we want to get where we want to get. I think we got that message and we came up with a big win.

Yorkville was shooting lights out and they took advantage early. But we hung around and got that run late in the first to get back in it.

It's going to be great. Playing for a regional championship, that's awesome. It's a game that both teams are going to remember for a long time. It should be fun.
