Respect earned is rarely received

When the weight causes my body to crumble, strength of character will not let me fall.

Let the radio go all the way up, let the peddle hit the floor, and let the world just wash away.

To fear the inevitable is to be ignorant.

A life lived nobly is often short, harsh, and forgotten.

I just wish humanity had a shred of character.
