Regardless of how legitimate it looks, it's a fraud. No government agency or company is going to ask for sensitive information over e-mail.

If we don't start demanding balance and checks from ALL Federal Agencies this country will be no more.

They were alleged to have been involved in a massive fraud. The fact that Duncan is cooperating with the government will make it very difficult.

While it may not be possible to eliminate the risk of fraud altogether, a company can at least identify it early and minimize its damage with proper planning, policies and procedures.
